Hello, this is Judyvein, CPCN here. I'm a holistic Certified Professional Canine Nutritionist. You can just call me Judy, the founder of JOOF Holistic Pet. I'm here to support and assist you in how you can apply alternative methods to optimize your pet's health, extend their lives (if possible), and improve their quality of life. Methods that harness and rally all the resources of the whole animal - the mind, body, and spirit, to encourage natural healing mechanisms. However, it's important to understand that no single approach, neither conventional, with its powerful drugs and sophisticated surgery nor alternative, with its less invasive, more natural "whole" body solutions, has all the answers.

My Goal

My highest goal is to help animals, so we should look at whatever we can to help them. I am a holistic-based nutritionist and I'm not a vet. I aim to work hand in hand on the dietary level with your conventional or holistic vets and also together with other pet professionals to allow you to make better decisions in bringing wellness to your pet.

"You are what you eat and digest. In the holistic space, we regard diet as the basis for health and treating any condition. It's the foundation on how animal wellness begins. In the words of Hippocrates uttered 2,500 years ago: "Let thy food be thy medicine and thy medicine be thy food."

I focus on a personalised ancestral whole food approach. And in this fresh food journey, don't worry about trying to learn it all at once. Good food takes time. Learning takes time. There is no one-sized fits all diet, feed the animal infront of you. Do the best you can with the best you have. And remember, supplements are not meant to replace good food. Improve the diet first. Then add the proper supplements to achieve optimum results.

Introductory Assessment is FREE and is designed to determine if our services are the right fit for your canine/feline companion. During this initial consultation, i will evaluate your pet's health history, current symptoms, behaviour, and any specific needs to assess compatibility. This assessment helps us tailor our services to meet your pet's unique requirements, ensuring a personalized and effective care plan. Whether you're seeking nutrition planning, holistic care, or any other additional support, this assessment is the first step towards providing your animal with the best possible care.

This is also your perfect opportunity to understand your available options as a pet owner on the alternative therapies, fresh food diet, and more.. After the call you may decide what could be appropriate for your animal, where your needs should be focused or given priority on, and what services could be right for you. Should your case falls beyond my current knowledge, you will be redirected to another pet care professional instead.

We offer a range of fresh food models, including raw and gently cooked diets, as an alternative to commercial dry food. We believe that dogs are carnivores/omnivores and cats are pure carnivores and should eat a species-appropriate diet. Our service provides whole food diet options, including BARF (Biologically Appropriate Raw Food), the Ancestral Diet, and the Prey Diet Model, all tailored to meet the unique nutritional needs of your dog or cat. We understand that every animal is different, and every pet parent has their own food philosophy. Therefore, we work closely with you to educate and empower you to make informed decisions for your beloved pet's diet and well-being.

Orders cut-off time applicable for FREE scheduled delivery (Sat-Sun) is 6pm previous day.

Return Policy

Generally, all our products are strictly non-refundable nor exchangeable.

However, in the event you received an incorrect or defective item, or any other valid reason that you can't enjoy your purchase, we will provide a refund or an exchange, case by case basis.

All we ask is that when the item is returned, it should meet the following requirements:

Reach out to us to arrange an appointment to drop off your item at 80 Changi Road, Centropod@Changi #02-48, Singapore 419715.
Item returned should be in their original & sealed packaging. Broken seals will not be accepted, unless there's a valid reason, based on case by case basis.
Please ensure at least 6 months of shelf life if it's a perishable item.
Send us your order confirmation email for refund verification.

Items not eligible for returns:

Food related, wearables, beds and carriers due to food safety & hygiene reasons.
Items that are purchased from promotional pricing from all of our sales channels.
Customers who had a history of returning more than 3 items.

When we receive the refunded/exchange item, we will review the condition of the item, and reach out to you to confirm and issue a refund/exchange within 7 working days. We regret that customers who decline to respect our policy will be ineligible for exchange, returns and refunds.

Do also note that if we find that a product has been intentionally damaged or tampered with, refunds will not be offered.
