We are pleased to share that you may purchase our Home Visit services as an ad-hoc service. This service is available to all Singapore pet parents.
However, home visit service is only applicable as an add-on for the following testing kits :
- Glacier Peak Holistics Pet Wellness Life Stress Scan Kit (Standard or Expedited Package)
- AnimalBiome Oral Health Test Kit (Standard or Expedited Package)
The home visit is a 30-45 min session whereby we will assist on behalf of the collection of the most optimal specimen of saliva and hair for Glacier Peak Pet Wellness Scan, and/or just saliva for AnimalBiome Oral Health Test.
During the home visit, you may also ask questions about your pet's health concerns, current supplements, shampoo, treats, etc. You will be shared with basic holistic pet health information, and be taught how to read and what to look out for on product labels and maybe more.
Note : The collection of these DNA samples will be done by the founder of JJ E-Homez Holistic Pet, Judy. She is a certified Pet Wellness Scan consultant, a holistic pet health advocate, a herbalism Canine Energetics advocate, an understudy Clinical Pet Nutritionist, she is also undergoing training as a home practitioner on WEBB (Whole Energy Body Balance) bodyworks for pets. She has completed the basics of Herbalism Canine Energetics with world renowned Canine Herbalist Rita Hogen, and is going forward for a advanced canine energetics certification once available..
Her mission is to empower as many animal guardians as possible to choose preventative options for their pets without fear or guilt. There is a lot of information out there these days and she believes in providing you with the tools you need to give your animals the best life possible.
Product Usage Directions
Single 1 (one) order includes :
- 1 (one) x home visit for 1 (one) single address only.
- All appointments will be based on availability on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- Up to 45min booking duration
*If your animal is in serve itch or having bleeding in the gums, please visit your veterarian immeditely.

Q : When should you be choosing this home visit as an add-on?
A : If you purchase our Glacier Peak Pet Wellness Scan and/or AnimalBiome Oral Health Test kits under the standard package, but would like to change your mind and have us to assist you on the collection of the most optimal specimen as possible.
Q : I purchased the 2 applicable testing kits, how should i order for this add-on home visit service?
A : Every order comes with 1 (one) home visit session which allows us to visit you at 1 (one) address only. So if you have purchase all the 2 applicable testing kits with us, you will need to purchase 1 (one) qty which will allows us to collect specimen for both Glacier Peak Pet Wellness Scan as well as AnimalBiome Oral Health Test.
Q : Can i hold a specimen collection house party?
A : Technically you can, however our every home visit booking session maximum duration is 45min which approximately allows us to collect for about 3 animals for Glacier Peak Pet Wellness Scan, and about 5 animals for AnimalBiome Oral Health Test.
Q : What do you mean by optimal specimen?
A : For Glacier Peak Pet Wellness Scan, we have extra organic cotton buds availble for replacement in the case of any contamination during the collection process. We also use our preferred comb to collect the hair so it also contains hair follicles. Optimal specimen will result in optimal results.
JJ E-Homez Holistic Pet Return Policy
Generally, all our products are strictly non-refundable nor exchangeable.
However, in the event you received an incorrect or defective item, or any other valid reason that you can't enjoy your purchase, we will provide a refund or an exchange, case by case basis.
All we ask is that when the item is returned, it should meet the following requirements:
- Reach out to us to arrange an appointment to drop off your item at 216A Boon Lay Ave.
- Item returned should be in their original & sealed packaging. Broken seals will not be accepted, unless there's a valid reason, based on case by case basis.
- Please ensure at least 6 months of shelf life if it's a perishable item.
- Send us your order confirmation email for refund verification.
Items not eligible for returns:
- Food related, wearables, beds and carriers due to food safety & hygiene reasons.
- Items that are purchased from promotional pricing from all of our sales channels.
- Customers who had a history of returning more than 3 items.
When we receive the refunded/exchange item, we will review the condition of the item, and reach out to you to confirm and issue a refund/exchange within 7 working days. We regret that customers who decline to respect our policy will be ineligible for exchange, returns and refunds.
Do also note that if we find that a product has been intentionally damaged or tampered with, refunds will not be offered.

- Full payment is required for all Pre-order items.
- Expect Pre-order items to be delivered between 3 to 15 working days (depending on which item) starting from your order date.
